About Geoffrey Howard

Geoffrey Howard is a lawyer and founder of HEL. He has extensive experience representing employers and employees in all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment contracts, terminations, and human rights issues such as discrimination and the duty to accommodate. Geoffrey also has considerable experience advising employers on benefit plans, including pensions, disability, and group insurance coverage, as well as regulatory compliance issues. He advises businesses and owners on shareholder disputes arising from the termination of employment.
